Following that, we’ll determine the cost based on the specific elements you need. Our prices start at £25 per week, and we offer different plans to match various fitness goals and budgets.
Our coaching packages include a personalised workout plan, nutrition guidance, regular check-ins, and ongoing support. Each plan may have varying inclusions, so please check the details for more information.
I offer a complimentary consultation to discuss your objectives, assess your needs, and determine the most suitable plan for you. It’s an opportunity for you to learn about my methods and ask questions.
Commitment plans offer tailored flexibility for your lifestyle. For comprehensive online coaching with personalised workout plans, nutrition guidance, regular check-ins, and ongoing support, commit for three months. Month one: get familiar, and create habits. Month two: understand basics, and make them second nature. Within three months, see significant progress and notable physique changes.
We will begin with a free Zoom meeting where we will discuss your goals. After that, I will create a personalised program just for you. I will explain everything through a video and show you what you need to do. Once we have everything in place, we will have another meeting to get started. Throughout your fitness journey, I will check in with you and communicate through the Gymission app. This platform is easy to use, and you can access workouts and nutrition guidance from anywhere. It will make your fitness journey smooth and effective.
